Blue eyes. Both hind legs seem hurt; has to limp and looks like a rabbit hopping. Grey fur. Looks male. It seems to have a collar (small metal discs or metal dog tags) but I couldn't get close enough to check the details. I saw it looking for food while I was walking towards the small park area near the Pasir Panjang Food Centre and Pasir Panjang MRT exit.
