Tabby Male Cat with white underbelly, chipped ears and neutered but not microchipped yet. Had Pink collar on and respond to Teddy. Very timid around strangers. Was last seen around block 411 around Tuesday early morning (8 Oct) and was never found again. He is a community cat but usually go back home to sleep during the day and goes down at night. Please help to find him he is loved by many and we are all heartbroken to not be able to see him.
